For over 20 years our product support policies have met the needs of over 2,000 Global organizations. OpenConnect Systems will support all prior versions of its released software products until such time as functionality, security, commercial, interoperability or other issues present a sufficient risk for our customers or are no longer economically feasible for OCS. This determination is made exclusively by OCS and in no way guarantees error free or uninterrupted performance of our products or other commonly used 3rd party products. In the event we determine it is no longer practical to support older versions of our software, we will attempt to contact all such customers and provide notice of our intent to cease support. The notice period may vary but will typically be 12 months, include a rationale for our decision, as well as a recommended migration path to a more current version of the affected product(s) and/or alternative product(s). |
