Chief Executive Officer
Mark Dailey is the Chief Executive Officer of OpenConnect. Since 2008, Dailey has served (and continues to serve) on OpenConnect’s Board of Directors.
Dailey, who also is a partner in Newport Board Group, specializes in managing internationally aspirational, growth-stage information technology companies. Previously, he held senior executive management positions which included: Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing of Intralinks, Inc., a venture-funded, now public, secure document exchange company; Chief Operating Officer of LexiQuest, Inc., a software tools company implementing linguistics and natural language processing technology to manage, access, and retrieve information found in large intranet-based document collections; and Chief Operating Officer of Medcast Networks, a venture capital-backed start-up delivering comprehensive medical information to physicians. Additionally, from 1986 to 1999, Dailey held various senior-level positions with Bloomberg Financial Markets, a global leader in the delivery of international real-time financial information, where he spent 11 years in Asia opening operations in a dozen countries. Dailey is the Lead Director of Catholic Charities of Fairfield County (Connecticut), and previously sat on the Boards of Directors of three public companies and two private companies.
Chief Financial Officer
Charles Brockenbush is Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer of OpenConnect. He is responsible for the formulation and execution of the company’s operating plans, customer support, investor relations, support contract revenue, and administrative functions.
Brockenbush came to OpenConnect from Blue Wave Systems, a developer of carrier class digital signal processing (DSP) hardware and software products for the telecommunications industry, where he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure at Blue Wave, it became the industry’s largest independent developer of high-density DSP products. Prior to that position, Brockenbush held various management roles at Interphase and Arthur Andersen. Brockenbush holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University.
Chief Technology Officer
Stuart Burris is Chief Technology Officer of OpenConnect. He is responsible for the overall management of OpenConnect. as well as its technology vision and strategy.
Burris joined OpenConnect in 1990 and has held a variety of research and product development roles within the company, most recently as Vice President, Research and Development. During his tenure at OpenConnect, he has been instrumental in the development of the architecture for the company’s industry-leading products used by thousands of companies worldwide. Prior to joining OpenConnect, Burris served as Vice President of Technical Services for Smartech Systems, Inc. Previously, he held a variety of development positions, including Vice President of Research and Development at Mtech.
Senior Vice President, Sales
Michael Cupps is Senior Vice President, Sales, of OpenConnect. He is responsible for sales and channels to support customer growth across all industries.
With over 20 years of experience in the technology sector, Cupps has expertise in business process management, content management, and social collaboration solutions. Prior to joining OpenConnect, he was Vice President of the Americas at Zimbra, Inc., where he led the sales and channel efforts representing the Zimbra Community and Collaboration product lines. He also previously was Senior Vice President of the Americas for OpenText, Software AG, Vignette, and McAfee. Cupps received his degree from the Texas Tech University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Trade.

Product Management and Services
Kevin Culliton is Senior Vice President, Product Management and Services, of OpenConnect. He’s responsible for developing products and capabilities that solve targeted market problems for global enterprises.
Culliton has over 30 years of experience in the technology sector and over 20 years of experience providing enterprise software solutions to Fortune 500 companies. He works with many of America’s largest health insurance companies (one of OpenConnect’s key markets), and is an expert in the areas of automation and process analysis for the purpose of automating.
Culliton oversees both OpenConnect’s premier mainframe robotic process automation (RPA) solution — which complies with strict industry standards and is used to automate complex processes — and OpenConnect’s operational analytics solutions. He is currently working with current and future OpenConnect customers to provide the next generation of analytics and automation solutions for back-office operations.
